Part One: Mr. Yu has observed that materials such as PA66 are widely used for the insulation layer of coil bobbins in E-motors currently. However, their relatively large wall thickness has restricted the improvement of motor performance. Alternative solutions like epoxy resin suffer from complex processes and environmental pollution issues.

Part Two: Mr. Yu believes that PA46, with its ultra-high fluidity, can achieve an ultra-thin wall thickness of 0.25mm. This reserves more space for copper wires, enhancing power density and heat dissipation. Compared with LCP, PA46 offers higher weld line strength, superior mechanical properties, better pollution resistance, and a higher yield rate. Additionally, PA46 enables one-step injection molding, which can effectively reduce system costs and improve the NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) performance of E-motors, providing a thinner, stronger, and more reliable insulation solution for E-motors.
