Mr. Zhu Lin, a senior textile expert with 30 years of experience in the textile fiber and fabric industry, previously served as the China director for related brands of world-renowned companies.

In his report, he elaborated on the physiological principles of how the human body perceives cold and heat, explaining that the body needs to maintain a stable core temperature, with heat dissipation methods varying according to environmental temperature.

The report then introduced approaches to achieving fabric coolness, such as selecting fibers with high thermal conductivity and high specific heat capacity, or increasing the contact area between the fabric and the skin to enhance heat conduction dissipation.

It also covered various methods to improve the fabric's moisture absorption and water-wicking rate-such as modifying fiber cross-sections and employing composite spinning-to utilize evaporative cooling.

Additionally, the report mentioned the use of phase-change materials to regulate temperature through state changes. Finally, it pointed out that sustained cooling sensation cannot yet be achieved and proposed a new concept of "deceptive coolness" as an alternative solution.
