Secondly, she provided a comprehensive overview of the growth journey of Seadery's EcoCosy fiber. Finally, she presented the infinite possibilities of the Sateri Lyocell and nylon combination as a brand introduction. Lyocell fiber and UV-resistant nylon fiber both have excellent thermal conductivity, providing a natural cool touch and maintaining skin coolness and dryness. By ingeniously combining the summer sun protection needs with denim fashion elements, an innovative ice-cool sun-protective denim fabric can be created, which not only offers sun protection, ice-cool sensation, and breathability but also possesses unique denim appearance and comfortable hand feel. High-count lyocell yarn undergoes certain improvement in fibrillation while bringing transparent and flowing visual effects. The addition of nylon gives the fabric a certain degree of stiffness, creating a lightweight, breathable, and overall comfortable appearance. By combining medium to high-count lyocell single yarn with strong twisting or combining it with nylon, and using high needle numbers (such as 16, 18 needles), lightweight and visually transparent knitted sweaters with a cool touch and stable dimensional properties can be produced. By using a combination of 40D nylon and 60-count lyocell in a spray water loom, the cost-effectiveness is improved. At the same time, the fabric has a light, smooth, and breathable touch, is not easily deformed or shrunk, and has a soft and lustrous appearance. It is suitable for casual outdoor and business casual occasions.
