1. Thermal and Humid Physiological Comfort: Our bodies regulate temperature by sweating and increasing blood flow. The comfortable temperature range for the human body is 31-33 degrees Celsius, with a humidity comfort range of 40%-60% relative humidity. Human skin is the most important organ for regulating body temperature, and suitable clothing aids this process. The key processes influencing the microenvironment between the skin and clothing are radiation, conduction, convection, and evaporation.
2. Tactile Comfort/Hand Feeling: The tactile sensation of clothing is mainly affected by factors such as modulus (the ability to resist elastic deformation), glass transition temperature (which influences the viscosity and elasticity of the fabric), and heat setting (which affects dimensions, wrinkle recovery, strength, texture, and dyeability). When using nylon fibers, the characteristics of the nylon material can be fully utilized by adjusting temperature and mixing ratios.
