Application of nylon in weaving industry


Fuhua is a chemical fiber textile enterprise integrated with fabric development, manufacturing and after-finishing. Main products are nylon filament fabric, particularly high-grade thin and light, fine denier, high-density and elastic fabric. The application covers apparel, outdoor outwear, home textiles and engineer. The company covers an area of 300,000 square meters and has more than 17 state-of-the-art warping sizing machines, 3,000 water-jet looms and 20 after-finishing machines.

Mr. Li listed three kinds of protections, quick-dry, air & moisture permeability, UV resistance, low temperature resistance, flame-retardant products.

Development of nylon 66 dull high-tenacity filament: sports, industry and military, such as outdoor sportswear, military uniform and load-carrying equipment, which require dull high-tenacity filament.

R&D of functional fiber products: Antibacterial, deodorant, insect-resistant, UV-resistant, antistatic, radiation protection etc.
